Roadmap Concept
Guidelines to development of electronic handheld data collection.
Goals:
Collaborative Development among DFG and other agencies, universities and organizations to standardize and progress the use of technology in Biological Field Data collection.

Development Versioning:
Find a repository system that allows multiple users to develop the PDA forms at the same time and keeps track of versioning. Similar to CVS, however our forms are in Visual CE proprietary binary so a normal CVS would be unable to compare and merge versions. Also it would be nice to have the repository outside the DFG firewall so non-DFG participants can be involved.
