- Look down the list, if you have an implementation of the item mark it with an x.
- If you've already started(serious attempt) at implementing a feature but it doesn't quite work yet use a p for 'in progress'.
- If you need the item rank it according to the scoring rubric below.
- If it's not on the list, add it.

PDA upload to Access Utility

What is meant by Access utility? Access .mdb file? Access .adp file? USGS uploads data from PDAs directy to MS SQL Server and then uses MS Access (both .mdb and .adp files) for data viewing, reporting and reduction of that data.

It wasn't nearly as bad as i remembered, I added a new one at the end.
This clarifies that you should mark only the items which you see a need for in your program. Otherwise from the perspective of some programs you would be default check off everything and that doesn't help us prioritize what to work on 1st.
